If you remain unemployed for 3 months then get 80% amount
New Delhi: Very good news is coming for jobs. If your job goes away for any reason or you quit your job, you will not have money shortage. This is not a joke but reality. In fact, the Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) is considering the proposal to give advance amount to PF account holders. A proposal was prepared recently. As per the proposal, in case of going to work, one month later, 60 per cent of the PF account holders will get advance as advances. When unemployment is in place for 3 months, the amount of PF can be withdrawn by 80%.
Who will benefit from
EPFO currently has more than 5 crores active members. Anyone from whom can benefit from this feature. Workers in the organized sector will get money from PF accounts in the time of unemployment. It is also non refundable that means if the withdrawal of money from the PF is not required to return the money. If the employee's job goes out and he does not get another job for a month, he can withdraw money from Advance as his Provident Fund account.
Propose to be sent to the board
The Central Board of Trustees will be meeting in April. In which many important proposals will be discussed. The proposal for advance amount will also be kept against the Central Board of Trustees. It is hoped that by applying the proposal, people will also be able to get relief in the job going and they will get a salary to run the household expenses.
Retirement fund will be maintained
There is no condition about the position of withdrawal from the PF account. By doing so, the PF account holders looking for a job will get the means to complete their essential expenses until they get a new job. The best thing about this plan is that a retirement fund of a person's PF account will also be maintained.

Apply for advance only after 30 days
Once the EPFO account holder completes one month from his date of employment, he can apply for an advance rupee in his area's EPFO office. Advance amount can be as advanced as 60% of the total amount in the PF account or the last 3 months of the person's salary. The balance amount will be credited to the PF account only.
Contributions will resume
After getting a job, PF contributions will be started in the same PF account of the account holder. For this, he will not need to open an account separately. It can give the old account number to its new employer. This account can be linked to the new employer by the UN. Thus there will be no impact on the account holder's retirement fund.
What if you do not get a job for 3 months?
Even if the PF account holder does not get a job for 3 months or more, he can also apply to the EPFO for a further advance. This time it can delete 80% of the amount credited to the PF account or the amount of the last two months' salary as advance.
Account will not be closed
In the current situation, after completion of PF fund, after 2 months, the Fool and Final Settlement is done and the account is closed. Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana: In these 14 states, there will be three lakh 21 thousand houses

Central Government has sanctioned construction of three lakh 21 thousand 567 cheap houses in 14 states including Haryana, West Bengal, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme – urban cost of 18 thousand 203 crores for the urban poor.

The Union Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry said that this approval was given in the 32nd meeting of the Union Allocation and Monitoring Committee held in late evening late last evening.
These houses will be built in 523 cities across the country. The Central Government has 70 thousand 671 in Haryana, 59 thousand 929 in West Bengal, 54 thousand 821 in Rajasthan, 39 thousand 683 in Uttar Pradesh, 35 thousand 851 in Gujarat, 15 thousand 798 in Mizoram, 11 thousand 941 in Karnataka, 10 thousand in Maharashtra 649, 5426 in Madhya Pradesh, 8154 in Bihar, 5073 in Kerala, 3345 in Himachal Pradesh, 176 in Punjab and 60 houses in Goa.

The original World Trade Center was a large complex of seven buildings in Lower Manhattan, New York City, United States. It featured the landmark Twin Towers, which opened on April 4, 1973, and were destroyed in 2001 during the September 11 attacks. At the time of their completion, the Twin Towers—the original 1 World Trade Center, at 1,368 feet (417 m); and 2 World Trade Center, at 1,362 feet (415.1 m)—were the tallest buildings in the world. Other buildings in the complex included the Marriott World Trade Center (3 WTC), 4 WTC, 5 WTC, 6 WTC, and 7 WTC. The complex was located in New York City's Financial District and contained 13,400,000 square feet (1,240,000 m2) of office space.

The core of the complex was built between 1975 and 1985, with a cost of $400 million (equivalent to $1.86 billion in 2016).The World Trade Center experienced a fire on February 13, 1975, a bombing on February 26, 1993, and a bank robbery on January 14, 1998. In 1998, the Port Authority decided to privatize the World Trade Center, leasing the buildings to a private company to manage, and awarded the lease to Silverstein Properties in July 2001.

On the morning of September 11, 2001, Al-Qaeda-affiliated hijackers flew two Boeing 767 jets into the North and South Towers within minutes of each other; two hours later, both had collapsed. The attacks killed 2,606 people in and within the vicinity of the towers, as well as all 157 on board the two aircraft. Falling debris from the towers, combined with fires that the debris initiated in several surrounding buildings, led to the partial or complete collapse of all the buildings in the complex and caused catastrophic damage to ten other large structures in the surrounding area.

The cleanup and recovery process at the World Trade Center site took eight months, during which the remains of the other buildings were demolished. The World Trade Center complex was rebuilt over more than a decade. The site is being rebuilt with six new skyscrapers, while a memorial to those killed in the attacks and a new rapid transit hub have both opened. One World Trade Center, the tallest building in the United States, is the lead building for the new complex, reaching more than 100 stories upon completion in November 2014.

Booth Level Officer; A Representative of Election Commission at the Grass-Root Level

For enhanced participation of electors in the electoral process and reducing the electoral malpractices, it is essential to improve the quality of electoral registration process and of the electoral rolls. Booth Level Officer (BLO) is a local Government/Semi-Government official, familiar with the local electors and generally a voter in the same polling area who assists in updating the roll using his local knowledge. In fact, BLO is a representative of Election Commission of India (ECI) at the grass-root level who plays a pivotal role in the process of roll revision and collecting actual field information with regard to the roll corresponding to the polling area assigned to him.

Under Section 13B (2) of Representation of People Act, 1950, BLOs are appointed from amongst the officers of the Govt. /Semi Govt. /Local Bodies. Generally, one BLO is responsible for one part of the electoral roll. From August, 2006 the Commission has decided to introduce the concept of appointing BLOs who would be accountable for ensuring the fidelity of electoral roll.+

The ECI introduced this new system of appointing BLOs creating a clear line of accountability for preparation of an error-free electoral roll, making the BLOs its custodian at the polling booth level. Previously, voter-identification slips used to be distributed by the contesting candidates of various political parties and that gave scope for complaints. The preparation of accurate electoral rolls and direct distribution of voter identification slip by the BLOs also boosted voter confidence in the credibility of the election process.

BLO assists eligible citizens to become voters and obtain voter card. BLO provides those different forms for addition, deletion and correction of Electoral Roll entries, carries out physical verification, and gives his/her report to Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) .The BLO interacts with local people/ political parties’ representatives and identifies dead/shifted/duplicate voters to be removed from the electoral roll after due process of law.
